How Kaikeyi And Manthara Influence Lord Rama’s Exile

In the Ramayana, Kaikeyi’s two boons from King Dashrath become central to the events that lead to Lord Rama’s exile. She asks the king to crown her son, Bharat, as the heir to the throne and send Rama into exile for 14 years. Her counsel sets in motion a chain of events that changes the lives of the royal family and the future of Ayodhya. The new character posters offer a glimpse of how Lara Dutta and Sheeba Chadha will portray these pivotal figures in Nitesh Tiwari’s cinematic adaptation of the epic.
